Consultant Edward D. Spenceley

Edward D. Spenceley is a senior relationship manager for Bank of America, and the government contracting SME for the southeast. After serving 13 plus years in the U.S. Army as an intelligence and security specialist, he now serves clients by integrating his understanding and knowledge of both the government contract and financial services industries. His underwriters are co-located in Tampa and are designated government contracting underwriters, with specific training and experience in the government contract industry. His Treasury Management partner’s also service these clients both within the United States and internationally. Spenceley has spoken at various industry events to include moderating the Deltek’s Surviving Sequestration Road tour, as well as a panelist for PEO-STRI’s and NAWCTSD small business information forum initiative for getting access to working capital, at Congressman Posey’s Federal contractor’s summit in Melbourne, Fl.
