Mr. Bermudez is the Principal of WILCO Business Growth Strategy Consulting, a business development-consulting firm that provides all levels of strategic planning; business development support and senior level capture to augment the organic business development capabilities of small to mid-sized companies. WILCO also provides business development capabilities to support surge requirements to companies of all sizes. WILCO offers extensive experience working with the Department of Defense,

Combatant Commands, and other complex organizations and programs at the executive level.

Mr. Bermudez has over 30 years of experience in the Department of Defense Information Technology with a diverse background in Senior Leadership, Program and Project Management, Business Development & Capture, Business Operations, Operational Planning, Organizational and Human Performance Improvement, and Budgeting. Resourceful, innovative and experienced in global operations management executing strategy for performance and productivity enhancements through cost reductions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mr. Bermudez is a United States Army veteran with 24 years of honorable service. On his last duty assignment as the Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE)’s Operations Sergeant Major he led 27 Senior Program Managers and directed the planning and execution of worldwide communications support for 900 personnel and $350M in telecommunications equipment. He maintained positive control and real-time visibility of all equipment and personnel operating at 22 locations in 10 different countries.

After leaving the United States Army, Mr. Bermudez has worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies with duties ranging from Senior Information/Knowledge Management Subject Matter Expert to Business Development Director for Latin America. Mr. Bermudez holds a Master of Science in Human Behavior from the University of Oklahoma.
